Nanjing Grand Hotel is selected as the main hotel to accommodate participants. Nanjing Grand Hotel is a five-star international hotel located in the downtown of Nanjing and approximately one mile distance from the conference venue. A schematic map below shows the relative location between Nanjing Grand Hotel and Hohai University. Scheduled shuttle service will be provided to ride participants between the venue and the hotel. The rate of taxi between these two locations is RMB 9, approximately 1.2 USD.

The following special rate has been negotiated with the hotel. This rate is for conference participants only. It is for a standard room/night, inclusive of 15% service charge and one breakfast.
