On-Site Registration
• May 29 (9 am-10 pm), on-site registration is available at Nanjing Grand Hotel (international delegates) and Xiyuan Hotel (domestic delegates, 国内代表, 西苑宾馆, 北京西路), respectively.
• May 30-31 (8 am-5 pm), on-site registration is available at the lobby of New Graduate Building at Hohai University (the venue).

Materials to Send
1) On-site Cash Payment
Email completed registration form to gedmar08@hhu.edu.cn on or before Feb 29, 2008.
2) Bank Wire Transfer
Email completed registration form to gedmar08@hhu.edu.cn on or before Feb 29, 2008, and email a clear scan copy of bank transfer statement to gedmar08@hhu.edu.cn, or fax the statement to +86 25 8371 3073 as early as possible.
Once your registration materials are received and (conditional) approved, a confirmation receipt will be sent to you. Otherwise, send an inquiry to gedmar08@hhu.edu.cn.
Registration Cancellation Policy
If you are not able to attend the conference after completing the registration, you should notify the secretariat via email gedmar08@hhu.edu.cn as soon as possible. If you have already transferred the registration fee, possible refund will be made upon the receipt of the request as follows:
• 50% refund if the request is received by May 15, 2008.
• No refund if the request is received after May 15, 2008, but a substitute participant is allowed.
