3 、协办第四届河海环境岩土工程学术论坛

2004 年 12 月 12 日，加拿大 Alberta 大学 Norbert Morgenstern 教授和英国剑桥大学 Malcolm Bolton 教授分别做了题为：“ Recent Developments in Probabilistic Slope Stability Analysis ”和“ Application of FEM in Geotechnical Engineering ”的学术报告。                   ,

4 、协办学术报告： 4月 15日大连理工大学教授栾茂田应邀来河海大学岩土所做了“关于复杂应力条件下饱和松砂变形与强度的特性试验研究”学术报告、 2004年 8月 27日香港大学岳中琦博士做了 “香港岩土工程关键技术问题探讨 ” 学术报告、 2004年 9月 3日加拿大 Carlton大学 K.T.Law教授做了题为 “地震工程和土的动力特性预测新方法 ”学术报告。 2004年 12月 15日，香港大学副校长李焯芬院士做了题为“水利水电工程建设中的岩土工程问题”的学术报告。

二、 2005年工作计划

1 、联合举办第六届华东地区岩土力学与工程学术讨论会（ 2005 年 5 月下旬在南京）；

2 、联合举办第二届全球华人岩土工程学术论坛（ 2005 年 8 月 20-21 日在中国南京河海大学）；

3 、联合举办第二届中—荷环境岩土工程讨论会；

4 、积极参加中国力学学会举办的科技论坛；

5 、继续开展科普活动，普及岩土工程专业知识；

6 、继续组织开展岩土工程实践课题研究和技术咨询服务。
